 NYPD Highway District Drug Recognition Expert Instructors Sergeant Donald Schneider & Police Officer Timothy Kessler joined Mark D. Stein & Shane DiMaio from the Staten Island Advance to speak about the Drug Driving Awareness Course.

The training reaches approximately 800 patrol officers a month. As I noted back in 2016...... This is what it is all about, forging relationships and developing strategies to help our communities.
